Objective:

Create a suitable culture to launch an initiative to not only reduce costs and increase sustainable production, but to also develop best practices in the field of Operational Reliability. Looking to deliver support, IT, and methodological tools that allow the standardization of continuous process and asset improvement (processes).

Development of the case:
The project methodology consisted in 5 stages.

Strategic-Operational Integration: this stage is related to roles and responsibilities regarding Reliability Indicators. Who would be in charge? What would the scope of these indicators and their metrics be? Etc.

Data quality assurance: at this stage the information sources, pilot plan data bases, data validation processes, etc., are formalized. This also includes coordination meetings to fulfill this purpose.

Logical-Functional Modelling: consists in the definition of the pilot plan, information gathering for modelling, interviewing with specialists, logical-functional configurations, diagramming using the RMES tool and its respective validation.

Database structuring and management report: considers the graphic design of the monthly report, analysis report period, data validation, stoppage data consolidation, criticality report.

Structuring monthly meetings and follow-up: to designate who the participants will be, the amount of meetings, and the monitoring of improvement opportunities.
