RMES Digital Models
Our digital models represent a productive process, such as processing plants or equipment fleets. They model asset hierarchies and interdependencies, estimating how asset-level performance impacts system-level outcomes. Our digital models have evolved from Reliability Block Diagrams, extending the concept to include a comprehensive representation of a process’s Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Systemic Analysis
At the core of our digital models are advanced systemic analysis algorithms capable of making online bottom-up estimations of the specific contribution of each asset on process production.
T-RAM Simulation
Our simulation products combine stochastic algorithms with our digital models, enabling bottom-up systemic forecasts. This approach lets users evaluate specific and actionable parameters and levers for asset management plans and process operational configurations, as well as simulate the life-cycle outcomes at the line and process levels.
KPI & Time model
Our experience has shown that asset performance KPI standardization and governance requires the inclusion of aspects such as data quality assurance, data classification process, time model definition, and procedure, among other. All these aspects have been embedded in our products and models, ensuring transparency and rigor in performance improvement analysis.
